    • Science Sense Tours Visitors who are blind or partially sighted are invited to attend this program, held monthly in the Museum galleries. Specially trained Museum tour guides highlight specific themes and exhibition halls, engaging participants through extensive verbal descriptions and touchable objects. Science Sense is free with Museum admission. Wednesday, September 21, 2011, 2:30pm Museum Highlights Tour Enjoy our classic Museum Highlights Tour with an emphasis on touchable specimens and objects. Saturday, October 15, 2011, 10:00am Dinosaurs Join our guides on a paleontological adventure through the Koch Dinosaur Wing. Wednesday, November 16, 2011, 2:30pm Minerals and Gems Discover the exquisite collection of minerals and gems of all shapes, sizes and colors and learn about how they are systematically arranged. Sunday, December 11, 2011, 10:00am Meteorites Discover the origin of the universe and our solar system in the Arthur Ross Hall of Meteorites, which includes the largest meteorite on display in any museum in the world.
